Really tasty vegan pho!

I’ve eaten here probably 15 times and I’m rarely disappointed. The broth and veggies are always delicious, and my only critique is sometimes the tofu is cooked differently from visit to visit. It’s never bad, but sometimes significantly better than other times. All in all a very nice bowl of pho.
