there seriously aren’t enough amazing things to say about the @oxfordhouseinn 😍 this was easily one of the best meals we’ve EVER had. pictured here is the roasted parsnip and cauliflower tikka masala featuring brown rice & quinoa pilaf, dandelion greens, cumin pickled carrots, spiced tomato & coconut milk sauce and garlic naan. unbelievably flavorful and delicious. also pictured is the mango coconut ricky mocktail - mango coconut nectar, house lime sour and soda water. again, so flavorful and perfect. also pictured are the roasted potato, cauliflower & chick pea samosas appetizer with pickled carrots, coconut curry sauce and micro cilantro. *chef’s kiss*, the vegan beyond burger on a focaccia bun with your choice of fixings - with the bibb salad (crispy shallots, roasted grapes, cashews, and their vegan house toasted sesame dressing!), steamed edamame, and french fries *fried in peanut oil* such a treat! all fantastic. favorite restaurant ever!
