Excellent America Chinese Food and Sushi

The food was great and they are happy to make substitutions. They have faux meat made from soy and potato starch that they can substitute in pretty much any dish.

They don't have a great variety of vegan sushi rolls on the menu, but they had no problem making me a custom tofu roll with fried tofu, cucumber, and avocado when asked!

Pros: Good Variety, Friendly Staff
