Nice Sandwich

Zuerst war ich skeptisch ob ich von dem Sandwich alleine satt werde und hab direkt zwei bestellt aber das Sandwich mit Pilzen war sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen.

Pros: positiv überrascht , Sehr günstiger Preis

Cons: Gerne mehr vegane Optionen, like vegan tapas

Okay for vegans

No plantbased milk options but an extraordinary good lemon tea. Vegan toasts and maybe a vegan açai bowl (the granola might contain milk).

Filling vegan sandwich

Came here for lunch on a Sunday, very cute little cafe with seating outside. You can also order from the Steak and Sun restaurant menu next door, which is great as we also ordered potato wedges and sweet potato. I ordered the vegana sandwich, which was essentially roasted pepper, mushroom and some humous. It was yummy and very filling! Also came with ready salted crisps. Quick service.

Pros: Very filling sandwich , Cute cafe

Cons: Only one vegan option, not labelled clearly

Good option in Ponta do Sol

We had a good time. It’s a charming little place! We had the vegetarian alheira cakes, a risotto and a vegan sandwich. There was also a vegetarian dish of the day. They have a great selection of wines. Would go again.

Tasty vegan sandwich

We had the vegan sandwich for lunch. It was very filling and really good! My husband, who usually doesn't like to eat bread, also really enjoyed the sandwich. It was a very cheap lunch, excellent price-quality!

Pros: Tasty!, Good location, Friendly staff

Good place to have a snack

Not many vegan options but toast was good, not dry at all. It has big bites of grilled mushrooms

Good value for money

When we asked about vegan options the waitress told us there is none - but we found the vegan toast (vegano) on the menu and we also got the menu from the restaurant next door (Steak and sun) which seem to belong together.
So we ordered the potato wedges from the other menu. The toast was roasted bread (no toast bread) with grilled mushroams, tomato and rocket salad. It was very good and costs only 3,70€. The potato wedges were rather normal potatos in huge pieces.
Drinks were also inexpensive. Nice outdoor seating in an alley.

Really nice place!

The Old Pharmacy, macht auf den ersten Blick einen netten Eindruck, der kurze Zeit später bestätigt wird.
Es gibt zwar nur zwei gekennzeichnet vegane Gerichte. Doch auf dem zweiten Blick und mit Hilfe des Personals finden sich noch viele weitere Optionen.
Wir hatten vier Kleinigkeiten die für Zwei Personen völlig ausreichend sind.

Pros: Leckeres Essen, Freundlicher Service, Ambiente

Cons: Vegane Gerichte könnten besser gekennzeichnet sein

Close to the beach

Cozy small place in a small alley. Inexpensive, very friendly but a bit slow service.
