Great vegan pasty - Edit
What a lovely and warm welcoming cafe. The Bakehouse was busy on visiting however staff took care to serve previous orders and thank for being patient. It was worth the wait to sample the balti pasties which we enjoyed warm. Would recommend to anyone who loves a pasty!

Good pastry, filling lacked flavour - Edit
We found ourselves with this being our only food option at the weekend- they had a vegan sausage roll or vegan balti pasty available. We had a sausage roll each which was large and the pastry was excellent but we felt the filling needed more seasoning and flavour. Thankful for the offering or we would have gone hungry on our walk.

Had a vegan sausage roll, vegan flapjack and vegan lemon and poppy seed cake. Very large portions and homemade so different than I've had before.
