Stunning place with spectacular views - Edit
The food is amazing, lots of (vegan) choices, the view spectacular, friendly staff, sustainable tourism, excellent coffee!!

Such a cozy place! - Edit
All food served at the lodge is vegetarian, but they can make vegan options as they did for me which is very much appreciated! You just have to ask. The food tastes really good! The staff is sweet, the place is very cozy and they have a beautiful view as well.

Fantastic stay at The Farm! - Edit
After many recommendations we finally made it north for a two night stay at Mushroom Farm. This is an eco lodge with permaculture gardens and vegetarian restaurant that has a mix of Malawian and International dishes. There are seasonal breakfast and lunch menu options, and a different set dinner every evening. I believe the restaurant is open to day visitors however best to call ahead particularly in 2020 with Covid-19 restrictions. A number of the menu options were vegan, and they were able to adapt other options to vegan as well. Fantastic fresh coffee from their on site roaster. Even had oat milk! Hard to leave, and we’ll be back.
