Typical contemporary health food-style cafe, plus baked goods. - Edit
The Marketplace By MöV has a mix of cafe foods, much of which is vegan or could be made vegan with minor adjustments. It also has a mix of baked goods. The vegan tahini chocolate chip cookie and vegan peanut butter oat cookie were both great. The "marketplace" has a mix of items, including "grab and go"-style foods.

Read moreThis is a fun and cozy café setting that is super vegan-friendly where you can gather with friends and hang out a while. There are many scratch-made vegan items on the menu and in the grab-and-go displays. Located next to the MÖV Hot Yoga studio with its own entrance.
Vegan menu items are clearly marked with a leaf symbol. There are TONS of vegan choices including 5 bakery items, 4 salads/bowls, 4 sandwiches/wraps, 3 pastas/soups, 4 smoothies, a coffee/tea menu with milk alternatives, and more.
