Not the best place to go

Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all. Very slow service, eventhough the place was basically empty.
The green tea we ordered was so bitter we couldn't drink it, the camomile tea didn't even taste like camomile but was straight up a lime tea and the rose bud tea tasted nothing but sweet.
Furthermore, the Banh Mi we ordered was really dry without any sauce. Only good thing was the cheap price and nice terrace, yet we definitely won't go there again.

Good banh mi

Their banh mi is quite good. They are open early, so it's a good take away item when going on a tour.

Their other dishes are just ok. The mango sticky rice was terrible. And their cocktails are no good either.

Great value

The vegan banh mi is tasty, huge, and great value at 30k. They have a vegetarian/vegan menu. I will be making eating here everyday while I’m Cat Ba for the good service, value for money, and because it the Vietnam new year (which is in early feb) and not many other vegan friendly places are open. I can’t rate it 5 star because they cater to carnivores.

Very nice place to eat

We had the banh mi which is a good size! Also the vegetable curry was tasty as well as the steamed vegetables with a peanut and salt dip and rice. It was nice to try a different place and it's a very nice restaurant with trees and plants. We came here twice (:
