cheep, yummy but small portion - Edit
The prices are really good 40k for noodles or pancake, 60k for pizza! only the portions are a little bit smaller than usual but all in all a recommendation

Ok - Edit
Decided to come here based on the description. It was empty but preferred this to the other very busy western aimed venues. Menu has English descriptions for basically everything. The lady serving/cooking was very nice and was clearly cooking to order (could just about see to the kitchen). Half a page of vegetarian options specified. Unfortunately food wasn't amazing - stir fried noodles w veg were made with instant noodle brick. Though were still tasty. Would recommend trying other options before going here. On the plus side seemed fairly cheap for cat ba (good size plate of noodles w lots of veg 40d)
