A super surprise in West Chester. Definitely worth the trip. Fabulous soup, gluten free sandwiches, smoothies, shakes, and amazing ice cream.

Delicious and creative - Edit
Had no idea I would find a place like this that far outside the city of Philadelphia. Had the Backyard BBQ Flat, the Queso Tots, and the Palm Tree hand-rolled ice cream which was unique. All was delicious. Nice place, nice staff (owner?), lots of folks coming in which was nice.

Amazing food and relaxing atmosphere! - Edit
We visited the area from Albany NY and found this eatery on Happy Cow. We are SO glad we checked it out! Beautiful and minimal in design. Stellar menu. We had the chickpea "tuna" salad sandwich and the queso tater tots. We also treated ourselves to a milkshake and ice cream. Everything was delicious, filling but not heavy. It's also gluten-free!

Great healthy choices! - Edit
It was a pleasant surprise to come accross this joint today and find much healthier options than other attempts in town that attempt to cater to vegans. LE's selection is definitely the healthiest I have found so far! I ordered the Avo Zucchini Pesto and it was super dope! I can't wait to bring my girlfriend back here to eat meals we can feel good about. It's very clean and refereshing here!

AMAZING!!! - Edit
The first thing I got here was the Maple French Toasted Milkshake and it was soooooo good! Haven't had a milkshake since I went vegan so it was a nice treat. Also the rolled ice cream is amazing as well! I had rolled ice cream before I went vegan but haven't come across vegan rolled ice cream. I love how unique everything is especially being that it is a brand new business! Very impressed. I could definitely see in the future a juice bar happening.
