Amazing! - Edit
Had the good fortune to come across The Laughing Aztecs at an artisan craft/art exhibition at the Guild market in Salisbury. I've never eaten mexican food in Mexico or the southern U.S., but this is what I imagine authentic mexican food to be: satisfying, great depth of flavour, not super spicy but with undertones of chilli. Food is well presented (in compostable/recyclable packaging), and everything on the menu is available as a vegan version. You can add or subtract any item to or from each dish as you please. They even have vegan desserts! We were far too full of their amazing quesadillas (filled with soya mince cooked with poblano chillis, refried beans and vegan cheese, topped with avocado, radish and coriander) to try these unfortunately, but if we catch them again........
Read moreWould definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed. Would like to give 5 stars but unfortunately Happy Cow's policy prohibits this if the vendor sells animal products as well as vegan.
