Excellent sandwiches and cakes - Edit
Very fresh and nice textures for airport food. Think crunchy and fresh, as opposed to the usual soft and soggy. Cakes are a little on the sweet side but supposedly only include sugar alternatives. Either way, it’s refreshing to see a vegan alternative at an airport.
