Great food and friendly staff

We ate Sunday lunch here. There are two options for vegans, nut roast and vegan sausages. We had the nut roast. It came with roast potatoes, vegan Yorkshire pudding, mash, delicious vegetables and gravy. The nut roast was quite unusual as it was crumbly and included dates, but it was delicious. They also had 3 vegan options for dessert and vegan ice cream. We had the crumble which was excellent. The staff were wonderful and the chef herself is vegetarian.

Pros: Several vegan options, Delicious food, Friendly staff

Cons: A busy place so the car park was full

Delicious vegan Sunday Lunch

Best nut roast I've had in years. Multiple vegan desert options. Kids vegan roast went down very well with the pickiest of vegan kids! And lovely little gifts to entertain the family.

Pros: Loads of delicious vegan options, inc. kids option, Very friendly staff, many veggie & vegan themselve, Vegan Yorkshire puddings!

Recommended bu another local pub.

This pub was recommended to us by another venue as they new the chef was veggie and supplied vegan options. The family have only recently taken over the business and are very keen to make it a success. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Also a couple of vegan deserts on offer. Highly recommend a visit.

Pros: Vegan options including desert, also soya milk., Delicious

Cons: Serves not vegan food. , No cons, No cons
