Only vegan options are sides - Edit
Vegan options were popcorn cauliflower, and sides of green beans, salad and roast potatoes, each sold separately. No option for something off menu. Went with the cauliflower, for $14, it was fine, but didn't have a sauce, the person spoke to the chef and I was told there wasn't a vegan sauce that would go with it but they could bring out tomato or BBQ sauce if I wanted. It's also only a side/snack item, not a meal. If you ordered all the sides to make an actual meal it would be $40, which I think is a bit much for what it is. Nice cafe and friendly staff. The person was apologetic and said they are changing the menu soon. They were also out of haloumi so on this day even the vegetarians missed out. Apparently they changed owners late 2023, will be interesting to see what the new menu is. I would visit again to try the new menu, because options in this part of the world are so limited.

Read moreWe went here because of the previous reviews as we were in the area. The menu key was confusing, there was only 1 option labeled as vegan (V). We tried to order the vegan granola (which looked pretty good) but were told it had just been removed from the menu.
Ended up making a 'meal' out of sides, sourdough toast, $5 avocado, $5 fried mushrooms, $5 grilled tomato. $23 in total? Very dissapointing. I didn't take a photo because it looked so sad.
Hope they add more vegan options to the menu!

Lots of vegetarian, not much vegan - Edit
There are vegetarian options which can be altered for vegan. Apparently the crumbed eggplant is vegan, however the fries are cooked in the same oil as other things like squid... The food we ate was delicious, but beware. Can get a combo of vegan sides.

Surprising find, well worth a visit - Edit
Stumbled across this place and honestly was expecting 0-1 vegan options in such a small town.... but no! At least 3 or 4 vegan meal options and cakes and biscuits in the display. The staff were so lovely, accommodating and helpful. The menu is clearly labelled. The food was great. My roasted mushroom-quinoa-hummus salad was beautiful and my partner was very happy with the Eggplant Parmy and fries. We also had a delicious vegan hot chocolate. Highly recommended if you're in the area. We'll be back 😀
