Update on ordering 10/2020
Read moreThis update review is about on line ordering. You can’t change the time to pick up food. So ordering from couch in Petaluma and all the stop/go lights between Petaluma and Cotati were red. That took additional time. When arrived at TIB my food was setting at register getting cold. If there was a memo field to add notes on order it could help. When I mentioned this to wait staff she said it’s best to call if I want to change the pick up time. Guess everyone’s still learning with this covid 💩
Newly open place. We used the online ordering system. That is pretty good with a couple exceptions. It’s not totally idiot proof tho. Ordering off an iphone was easy for me to miss the part about adding $.40 for a vegan bun.
I liked the check boxes on ordering like no mayo, onion, lettuce, tomato, gluten free bun 1.00, lettuce wrap.
Not sure why they could not add the vegan bun to check boxes?
So, I ordered a chicken imposter sandwich with no mayo. Wife ordered hamburger imposter.
When we picked up the food I spoke with the lady and asked if the food we ordered was vegan. She said the bun was not and had egg wash on it. I figured to remake the food was a waste of food and we were not going to die with eating a small amount of egg wash.
Yeah I know it might not be ethical 😞
My chicken imposter was really tasty and the wife liked hers a lot. She did say the burger was very salty. So not sure if it’s highly salted from factory or add salt while cooking.
All in all we were happy.
Edit / update: they fixed the ordering menu and it’s completely user friendly aka idiot proof! Nice they fixed so fast :-)

Finally... - Edit
Finally a place to get a decent vegan burger that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg in Sonoma County. Family of 4, $60ish bucks including “vegan upgrades” for bun and cheese, fries and drinks. $15 per person is awesome. The food is good too. HappyCow has this place closed on Sunday. Good thing we called. Apparently, it’s a secret that they were open. Maybe just for Father’s Day. I’ll go again.

Vegan Burgers - Edit
My husband and I got take out lunch. He ordered on-line which seemed pretty easy but did lack some options that are available when ordering in the restaurant. There was not an option on-line to add a vegan bun for an up charge of 40 cents. We did mention this to the person we got our order from so hopefully they will update their site.
Read moreImposter Burger is inside Super Burger with a separate entrance, counter and menu. I ordered the Imposter Burger. It was loaded with lettuce, tomato, pickles and vegan mayo. They included ketchup and mustard packets to add to the burger. It’s a good size burger and was pretty darn good! My only complaints would be I’d order with light mayo, because it was pretty smothered in it. And the Burger seemed salty. But I was satisfied and full!
