Awesome! - Edit
We went with the veggie Laksa and all three of us thought it was delicious. Would definitely recommend it although we were kinda not sure about one of the noodles inside the dish which looked like it could be an egg noodle because it looked yellowish and a bit pasta like. The dish also contains a second noodle, rice noodles, so if you're not sure you could just ask to leave out the yellow looking noodle but perhaps I'm wrong and it is actually vegan since we did make it very clear to the lady that we were all vegan. If I visit again I will definitely clarify this and update here. Regardless they do seem very accommodating and very friendly to deal with. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I've paid a LOT more for the same dish out in the suburbs. Would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

What's Vegan - Edit
Disappointing that they didn't know what Vegan was, but staff were generally friendly and attentive. Wonton Soup lacked any flavour and was so bland (see no seasoning and clear warm water), the satay dish was nice but the black beans as overly seasoned and salty. Ok food, good Vego menu with a lot that I think can be veganised.

Friendly staff, delicious food - Edit
Staff is super friendly and double check everything when you tell them you are vegan. We ate yummy vege spicy chili & satay. Both came with different kinds of mock meat. I would definitely go back.

Cool venue, nice vegan food (you can ask vegetarian options to be veganised by excluding animal based products). Friendly staff. I'd definitely go back.

Cheap, Fast, Delicious - Edit
I went to The Hub's Wok with 3 friends and we all loved it. We asked what was vegan and they said everything on the vegetarian menu was. We had a bit of a miscommunication about dairy in their milkshakes but that was cleared up. The food came out pretty soon after ordering and it was delicious. We all enjoyed our meals and will be going back in the future.

family meal - Edit
Took the family of 5 for dinner, and asked what was vegan. The vegetarian staff member came to help us through the menu. With her help, we chose the nasi lemak, mongolian dish, 2 serves of satay chicken sticks, spring rolls and rice. She steered us into choices that the kids would enjoy and ensured we didn't order more than we could eat, which we appreciated. The food was really good, the right amount and we were all happily full at the end. It came to $52, which is pretty good for 3 entrees and 2 mains with extra rice. We'll be back.

Thanks for the Laksa upload. 3 of us ordered it based on your picture and absolutely loved it. Nice to know it's just as delicious compared to 10 years ago 😆

Basically city wok relocated. - Edit
This is the old City Wok from Elizabeth Arcade people with almost the exact same menu. Still the same solid vego options that are usually well done - laksa, nasi lemak, kwae teow etc. Mish-mash of Malay, Thai, Chinese. Funny spot half way between city and valley.
