Just had drinks, didn't eat but great that all beers were labelled with allergens and so many of the beers were vegan. Worth being aware there are lots of what look like stuffed animals on the wall, so, if that's off putting... Don't go here!

Surprisingly cheap (I might be biased coming from the insanely expensive prices in Sweden), nice selection of ciders and the vegan food has a homemade feel that makes it perfect. As it seems to be the norm in York, super lovely staff.

Through the store of various unique alcoholic beverages and up the stairs is a relaxed bar with a quirky vibe which you wouldn’t realise from the street below.
Read moreWe shared a bottle of wine which was clearly labelled vegan and the garden platter. This platter was one of the best vegan platters that Ive had with so much colour and range and went so well with a bottle. You can tell alot of effort has went in to make this plater of food. I’m very impressed with this place and would come back to york to experience this again.

Drinks came quickly, but there was a bit of a wait for food.
Pros: Nice decor and relaxed atmosphere, Milk alternatives , Good music playlist (Motown and soul)
