Read moreHet restaurant is gezellig en Zweeds ingericht met een keuze uit veel verschillende menu’s. Ik nam Vegan taco’s als voorafje met zelfgemaakte kombucha. Als hoofdgerecht had ik de vegan vis. De gerechten waren lekker, maar met te weinig groente.
The herbivore is a plant based restaurant in the center of the beautiful Swedish city of Lund.
The restaurant is cozy and Swedish decorated with a choice of many different menus. I took Vegan tacos as an appetizer with homemade kombucha. As a main course I had the vegan fish. The dishes were tasty, but with too few vegetables.

The food is good, many cool vegan options. Unfortunately we had a bad experience overall, booked a table but they didn't have a table for us and we had to wait half an hour in a dark niche. We then got the wrong food twice, they also charged us for the wrong food (which was less expensive, so okay I guess).

Read moreI used to really like this place, but in my opinion both the service and the quality of the food have declined over the years. The staff is friendly but I feel like they don't put in much effort and sometimes kind of forget about you, and rather than focusing on simpler but high quality dishes they often have a lot of unnecessary extras thrown onto the plate, it doesn't feel thought-through.
It's fine for lunch but in my opinion the evening menu is not worth it for the prices they charge. I've been there several times in the past year and always left a little disappointed, don't think I will come back soon.

We had a nice lunch at this lovely restaurant. They serve Buddha bowl till 2pm after which they offer the full menu. The Buddha bowl was really wonderful.

Wonderful plantbased restaurant not far away from Central Station, definetely worth visiting. As it was top early for Dinner I ordered two Starters. But this will be enough for the Rest of the day. Tamarind sauce was a Dream.

Vi hade bokat bord i god förväg men fick ett bord som var rakt framför ytterdörren och precis bredvid toaletterna. Vi frågade om att få byta bord men det gick inte . Ytterdörren var öppen och det drog in riktigt kall luft, vi fick ha jackorna på oss. Även de i kassan hade jacka på sig. Det fanns värmeljus på borden men de var inte tända. Vi fick vänta länge vid bordet utan att få beställa, till slut gick vi fram till disken och då fick vi beställa. Beställde varsin förrätt och de var okej, inte dåligt alls men inget speciellt heller. Sen väntade vi så länge på att få lägga beställning på huvudrätt men det kom aldrig någon för att ta vår beställning trots att vi hade sagt till servitrisen att vi ville beställa mer efter förrätten. Till slut gick vi därifrån utan att beställa huvudrätt som vi egentligen velat. Mitt intryck av service är sådär, de var trevliga när vi pratade med dem men man fick vänta länge. Det var inte så jättemysigt och priserna var lite i överkant relativt med vad man får. Positivt är att det är en helvegetarisk restaurang. Kommer inte komma tillbaka.

Lovely food! We had the Mac’n (no) cheese and the ‘steak’. I can recommend both! After dinner, you can hang out there for drinks and/or board games. Good atmosphere.

I definitely want to try this place out again. The food was decent but a bit pricey. Granted, I did order from the appetizer menu- but even that considered, I think the portions were a bit on the small side for the price. Also, if you order the Buffalo Seitan ask for extra sauce on the side because there wasn’t a lot on there. I think maybe I’ll try something else out on the full menu next time.
