Delicious Sichuan food

I love their Yuxiang eggplant, mapo tofu, and the vegetarian (seitan-based) chicken. They can also make a great tofu-based version of roujiamo (aka "Chinese hamburger") on request! Note that the dishes marked by 🌶🌶 are very spicy by Swedish standards; I usually ask them to reduce the spiciness to 🌶.
