Wow so amazing! - Edit
The best hot dog and burgers! A huge (mostly vegan)supermarket healthfood shop attached to cafe to wander while waiting for food. Expensive and out of touristy area but worth the price. Amazing cakes and raw slices aswell. Very impressive little cafe shop. Cafe is vegan but shop is not oddly. Shop sells lots of rare random goods cant find anywhere else.

Not just coffee and meals. A huge range of products available - Edit
This place is fantastic. Very healthy stuff. Does have some non-vegan food in the fridges and freezers and on the shelves but there’s a LOT of vegan stuff here.

Great cafe! - Edit
Within a wonderful Go Vita store. We had second breakfast so shared a Chipotle Chicken wrap. It was toasted and delicious. Good selection of frozen Vegan items but be aware of freezers/fridges with meat.

Excellent options - Edit
I wasn’t sure that they were all vegan when I first saw the menu but then realised it was mostly vegan (vegetarian as well) . I ordered “chicken” sandwich and my partner had the vegan lasagne. We shared the a chocolate smoothie (can’t remember the exact name) but it was delicious. There is seating upstairs and my sandwich was filling and tasty. My partner enjoyed the toastie. Lovely staff and a good menu

Really good shop where you can buy many vegan essentials from food to sunscreen.
Read moreI ordered the chick‘n chipotle wrap and a vegan sausage roll and both tasted amazing! The reason I’m not giving more stars is that my wrap had a little piece of plastic in it but honestly I would still go back again anytime!

Find your Cairns vegan goodies here! - Edit
Food from the cafe is nearly all vegan and although the shop doesn’t sell vegan only goods, there is a fantastic selection to grab some vegan treats for your stay in Cairns. The cafe food is very yummy, tuna bowl amazing, everything is fresh and lots of flavour. Recommended for sure!

Great selection - Edit
Incredible croissant, you wouldn't tell the difference that it's vegan! Buttery flavoured and puffy, the "ham and cheese" was a perfect touch. I also bought the carrot cake home for dessert, a perfect choice. The menu is a tad on the expensive side, so I'd probably go here less than I'd like, but a great stop nonetheless. I just wish they had milkshakes.

Best “Ham & Cheese” Croissant Ever - Edit
I’ve been there a few times and, to have honest, I cannot forget my reaction when I tried their ham and cheese croissant at the cafe! It tasted amazing and the vegan croissant was just so crunchy! The Burger was also amazing .. why not finish with a slice then ahhaha!

My happy place - Edit
It's just the bees knees. I love that I can bring my omni friends and family to eat here and not have to deal with the abject horror of them ordering some horrendous plate of murdered animals.
Read moreOn a lighter note... they have a wide range of sweets, salads, and a good sausage roll. The new menu they are unveiling bit by bit is bonzer, especially the hub crunch burrito. Having said that, the old favourites haven't lost their appeal either. Everything on the menu is delicious, full stop.
The drinks menu is fantastic as well. You can get vegan chocolate dusted on the top of your oat milk cappucino. Is that gilding the lily or what!

Came here with my partner and ordered the Grilled Vegan 'Stake' Sandwich which was amazing and came with a side of delicious, well-seasoned crunchy fries. Also had “The Stuart” chocolate thickshake which was amongst the best I’ve ever had.

Everything is Delicious - Edit
This place has everything. Combining a boutique shop with loads of stuff and perfect little cafe style eating. Everything on the menu looked delicious. All the food in the glass display cabinet was fresh. Had the chickn burger first time and the pickled plant burger the 2nd time. My wife had a variety of the salads. All the food was delicious. Also had some of the juice drinks and they were made fresh and were really good. Do yourself a favour and go straight from airport when you arrive to this location for great food and drink and a huge variety of things from the attached shop.

Nice food but not all vegan - Edit
The Healthy Hub has a great selection of food - burgers, bowls, nachos, smoothies, etc but it is not all vegan as advertised. They serve dairy milk with coffee (and charge extra for vegan milk) and also have some dairy ice cream on the menu. The nachos and burrito bowl were really nice and we also tried a pina colada smoothie and some desserts. Just a shame it's not actually all vegan, I have submitted the update to Happy Cow

Hi Katie,
Read moreYes, we do offer dairy milk for coffees, for omni friends. We find it a great way to encourage them to try our plant foods menu. There is no dairy ice cream on the menu - everything else is vegan

It's really too bad. As it is also a terrible thing to do to animals and vegans (like me) who will not patronize your business for this reason. :(

Unsatisfied with my food - Edit
Read reviews about their good food and was expecting the same but when I ordered my pulled jackfruit burger it was ice cold to the touch and I couldn't finish it. The chips were ok at best. Sad to leave a review like this but I can't agree with the reviews that I have seen and had to leave a review of my experience. For the price that I paid having a vegan burger from Grilled would have been better.

Fantastic food! - Edit
We came here for lunch yesterday and were very much impressed - the New York Bagel was crisp and refreshing, while the Chick’n Wrap was delicious and full of fresh salad as well as very tasty chick’n pieces. We also got the loaded fries with chick’n which was super tasty. They kindly let us eat there even though we arrived just as the cafe was closing. The shop looks great too and if I lived here I think I’d be in this place all the time!
