Disaster - Edit
Ordered the chickpea sandwich but they served me the chicken sandwich. To be fair maybe they thought I said "chicken" but this was after I had specifically asked about vegan items on the menu. Menu lists lots of things like beyond sausage satsuka that sound great but they never have the beyond meats in stock. Overall this experience has ruined it for me and I'll never be back. Mostly because they didn't seem to care much about the error. Made me think they might take the same attitude toward food prep, cross-contamination, cleanliness, etc.

Found on HappyCow. A nice find. Lots of options with a fully plant based menu along with a vegetarian section. Couldn’t rate 5 stars as there was meat on the menu but would if I could.

A nice surprise! - Edit
Up on coming in to the coffee shop I was told they have a restaurant upstairs. I went to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, huge vegan and vegetarian menu, delicious meals (my vegan scrambled egg was amazing) and lot’s of corners to read/do some work. Can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu!

New best place in town for coffee - Edit
This cute shop/restaurant has opened very recently and even though they are still organizing things, they promise to be a huge success among the Melrose Arch visitors. Their specialty is their espresso/moccacino in an ice-cream cone which is absolutely delish and original. I went there with some friends and the manager went the extra mile to call the cone suppliers and make sure there wasn't any dairy or eggs involved. 100% vegan :). There are dairy-free and gluten-free pastry and cakes options and they are aiming at also including vegan optins in their menu. Soy and almond milk available as dairy substitutes on your coffee. A very nice place to go to chill out with friends.
