Restaurant quality! - Edit
Outstanding!
Read moreThe best thing about The Greenhouse Cafe is that the menu changes EVERY week! What wizardry is this? How on earth they manage to design and successfully create a different menu every week is beyond me. No wonder they have just won Best Cafe is Suffolk, they should be winning Best Cafe in whole of UK in my opinion. It's top notch restaurant quality food in a cute cosy cafe.
The food is fantastic, proper wholesome dishes often using seasonal produce. We were blown away by the Reuben Toastie and the effort it takes to put the ingredients together ie using celeriac instead of mock meat. Everything we have eaten there has been amazing, the meals, the cakes, the pastries..everything! Oh, and I love the Hot Chocolate too.
I liked it so much I bought a t shirt.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wholesome cafe - Edit
The Greenhouse is a fully vegan cafe located near the front of Felixstowe - a lovely little place to visit.
Read moreThe menu changes weekly which is exciting and there’s lots of goodies in the cabinet such as brownies and cakes.
I got the weekly sandwich which was the grilled aubergine with a romesco sauce and salad. The bread was incredible and the fillings worked really well together.
My partner got the quiche which tasted like a vegan pizza and came with 2 salads, he chose the pesto courgette and the houmous. Both were really good!
Pros: Amazing sandwich, Tasty vegan food

Food was amazing - been here a few times now, forgot to leave a comment last time. Came in for Saturday lunch today. Three of us going for the Dhal and another went for the pancakes. Sooo good! Perfect amount of spice and came with a pickle type relish which topped it off! Couldn’t recommend this place more - go!

Absolutely outstanding! - Edit
A small menu which changes regularly but it’s easy enough to want everything! The food is outstanding, lots of drink choices and wonderful service (they even brought the dog over some water). There was a HUGE selection of cakes which all looked yummy. We had the homemade pecan pie which I definitely recommend. Every town should have a greenhouse cafe!

There was a queue outside the cafe which is always a good sign. It's was definitely worth the wait. We had the Christmas toasted sandwich and it was delicious and full of flavour.
Read moreChristmas sausage roll was bigger than your average size sausage roll and packed full of vegan sausage etc. A lot better than Greggs!
Cookie was crunchie on the outside and soft in the middle.

Delicious food and friendly service - Edit
This is one of my favourite vegan cafes and our last visit was my birthday treat! Such a friendly, fully vegan cafe with a lovely range of options available - comfort food or healthier options, so something for all. The cakes are also amazing and the range of lattes (matcha and beetroot) also highly recommended.

Party in my mouth! - Edit
Cute looking cafe, I just wanted a sandwich to takeaway but didn't realise it wasn't grab and go so had to wait for something to be made off the menu. Could only order from the breakfast menu as before 12 and there wasn't a lot of choice to take...BUT.. oh my it tasted amazing and I can't wait to come back here. I had a carrot and cream cheese bagel which didn't sound too exciting at first but was so much more than that I savoured every bite. Unfortunately forgot to take a picture. No doubt I will be back again when in Felixstowe!!

Loved everything - Edit
My partner and I found this cafe on the last day of our holiday in Suffolk, how I wish we had found it sooner! They had an extensive breakfast and lunch menu which had so much more than you usually find in a vegan cafe. I had a vegan version of eggs benedict with a fried egg-style patty, I haven’t had anything that tasted anywhere near so close to egg since I became vegan! My partner had a stuffing sandwich from the festive menu which was also amazing. They also had lots of drinks options including a festive hot chocolate and home made sweet treats too. Everything was reasonably priced and the cafe was aptly decorated in plants. Thanks for having us, I wish we had such a great vegan cafe near to us!

A lovely, friendly cafe. Me, my husband and my 2 girls were made to feel really welcome. I am the vegan in the family (the others sadly still eat meat). However, we all came away feeling satisfied. The food was yummy. You get a choice of oat, coconut or soya milk. I forget what it was called, but me and my husband had a plate of toast (you get a choice of sour dough or granary), avocado, beans, homemade hash browns and mushrooms (my favourite was the mushrooms). My daughters had freshly made pancakes that they adored. You get 3 toppings they had squirty "cream", choc chips, then one had maple syrup and the other choc sauce. Then I had a chai latte made with oat milk (was delish), my hubbies had tea and the girls had apple juice. I was intrigued by the "d irty chai latte" I asked what it was. It's a chai latte with a shot of coffee. Will try that next time.
