I tried the loaded fries, the wings, and the Gordita. ALL of these were so so good. I loved the vegan ranch and Buffalo sauce on the wings!!! And the loaded fries 👀 now those I can write home about.

This place has such good food I ordered the gordita with picadillo and oh my gosh it was good! they also have desert. Everything is vegan and I’m so grateful for that!!🥰🥰🥰

The food is delicious! R E had bistec & pastor tacos. Both tasted wonderful. They came with different sides which was nice as my husband and I split everything. Looking forward to coming back here and trying a dessert or two. The owner is a lovely lady.

We’re visiting Victoria, Tx for the holiday and were so happy that this friendly food truck was open on July 4th! The owner is super friendly, has amazing food, and great prices. We had the pastor and bistec torta, loaded French fries, and banana bread. Amazing!!!!

Traveling between Corpus Christie and Houston I did not expect to find a vegan oasis. However, I came across The Green Table, a food truck (actually a very small trailer) in Victoria, Texas that is a true vegan haven. The food, 100% vegan, is very good, prepared with care and love and presented with a friendly smile.

The Green Table is Victoria’s FIRST 100% vegan establishment! The menu consists of burgers, hotdogs, and tacos as well as a special. My Omni mother and I both greatly enjoyed our reasonably priced and very filling meals. The food was quick and delicious. We’re just ecstatic that the vegan movement has made it here! Go show The Green Table some love!

Tasty vegan fast food - Edit
I only sampled the first item on the menu, a Beyond Burger (my first) for $7. It came with standard crinkle cut French fries and all the burger fixings. Tasty! The signature green mayo put me off a little with its intense, unnatural green color (see photo). I would definitely try the tacos and franks another time when I was in the mood for fried fast food. Can't eat salads all the time!
