Scraped mayonnaise off burger

Not my experience, but my friend's (who is not vegan).

She went there asking for a burger without mayo, server brought out a burger with mayo. Friend asks for a new one, since it's not what she ordered. Server takes the burger back, scrapes the mayo off and brings the same burger back out.

I have intentionally passed on this restaurant because of my friend's experience.
