I had the blue cheese seitan burger with bacon and onion chutney- YUUUUMMMM possibly the best burger I've ever had!! Worth the money and the two non vegans I was with also loved their burgers. Highly recommend this place.

Great burger. Plenty of choice I went for the big double patty and bacon one, was £10 plus a green coke for a drink. Even took a non veggie and he said couldn’t tell the difference!

BEST VEGAN BURGERS... 100% PLANT BASED HOMEMADE PATTIES WOW!! - Edit
There aren't a lot of vegan "junk food" spots in Croydon but I was so glad to stumble across Gnarbecue at Boxpark in Croydon. This is easily one of the BEST vegan spots not only in Croydon but in the whole of London.

My gf and I both ordered the chilli cheese burger and curly fries. We both agreed that the burger was INCREDIBLE! The homemade patty had amazing texture and flavour (possibly better than the Beyond patty!). The jalapeno jam and nacho cheeze (also homemade) were amazing, the burger had a nice kick but not too overpowered and the sauces, jalapenos etc were combined perfectly and was one of the best vegan burgers we've had. The burgers were served in delicious vegan brioches made by a local bakery in Penge, curly fries were also reallt good - however I would have hoped that the portion could be slightly larger, but having said that I am a bit of a big eater.. :)
These guys know how to make great plant based food with good service all at good value. I cannot wait to try their new menu and their double cheeseburger with homemade vegan bacon! Cheat day sorted :)
PS their shop is in boxpark, you will find them at the upstairs bit by the station on the outer perimeter of boxpark. Hope this helps to find them as they are fairly new still so the Boxpark staff may not know either.

Amazing burgers! - Edit
This is my favourite new place to eat! The burgers are amazing. The photos don't do them any justice. The EZburger is a plain burger with mayo, tomato sauce, mustard and fried onions. The curly fries taste really good too. It's part of Box Park but it's outside the Box Park which is a bonus as you you don't have queue to get into the Box Park. Best vegan burger in Croydon!
