When I discovered that The Glass Garden now offers a fully plant based menu, I had to try it right away and have to say: what a great experience!!
Read moreThe 3 of us ordered the 4-course menu that started off with 2 courses of Amise Bouche followed by bread and different spreads which were just heavenly. The courses themselves were impeccable and the dessert consisted of Crepe Suzette that was being flambéed at the table. Afterwards the chef came out of the kitchen to bring us a whole assortment of pralines and tiny cakes. Service was just so friendly and I honestly cannot wait to go back!

Delicious food and beautiful view - Edit
Beautiful and chic restaurant with a plantbased menu. The food was delicious and they offered extra amuse buche and petit fours, that were beautifully presented. The view is also really nice. This is a perfect restaurant for a special occasion.

Read moreThis restaurant offers a 4-course vegan “nature menu” that is truly more of an 8-course menu (they give you quite a few complimentary courses). Every single dish was spectacular—delicious, gorgeous plating, creative flavors and presentations, and impecable service. One of the best vegan tasting menus I’ve had.
I cannot say enough good things. It’s an amazing experience highly worth the time and money. I went with my non-vegan spouse and he also loved his menu. This is truthfully the first high end restaurant I have been to where the vegan menu/option never feels like an afterthought and actually is better than the non-vegan (his dessert was much overshadowed by my vegan crepes flambées prepared at the table).
Be sure to book in advance and to mention you are vegan in the booking. But you cannot stop by Salzburg without dining here if you enjoy good food.
