Absolutely stunninnnng! - Edit
I come here almost every week, since I live near. Coffee is affordable, at a fair price, and the food...I can't describe how good they are from the plating to the taste. Everything is amazing! The inside of the café looks beautiful, adding to the chill vibe it gives. The people who work there are also one of the kindest I've ever met! Excellent service and more excellent people! (the cute doggie is just an extra!) Their vegetarian and vegan varieties are so creative and filling. My favorite has to be the Cilbir and the white chocolate pancakes. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent tranquil cafe - Edit
This is the perfect cafe to spend time in for a long breakfast or brunch. The interior is spacious and well decorated. I had a great oat latte and shakshuka dish here. Staff are friendly and everything is good quality.

Delicious food with attentive service - Edit
I have been fortunate to eat here many times both in their old venue and now current one at Brody House. The food is v tasty and prepared with soul. I am sucker for the cheese gozleme - never get bored of it - and the pancakes are killer.

Nice place to stay - Edit
We had a lovely brunch at this restaurant. I hoped for more vegan options and bigger portions. I ordered two dishes and was satisfied after that but one would have not satisfied me. I loved the decor and the staff was very friendly. Also liked the fermented water!

More Hipster less Turkish - Edit
The food was great, but I expected a more (traditional) turkish restaurant. On the menu the only turkish dish were gözleme and the rest was pancakes, granola …

Delicious pancakes in lovely courtyard - Edit
Got the dark chocolate pancakes, an orange juice and a Turkish coffee. The pancakes were amazing, the juice was good, I've had better coffee. The location is super cozy and it is well worth a visit.

So good we went back twice - Edit
I was blown away by the fruit compote pancakes I had and came back the next day to try the gözleme which kind of reminded me of scallion pancakes. Coffee was good too. Really cool art on the walls and music really gave the place a lively atmosphere.

Delicious Gözleme 🤩 - Edit
The beetroot latte and turmeric latte were both light and delicious. Gorgeous latte art and while the beet root could have been stronger in taste and color, I find it better to be too light than too strong. I loved the gözleme and enjoyed every bite. ☺️😌

Good Place in an Amazing Setting - Edit
Tasty food, friendly staff and a cool vibe make this restaurant a great place to visit. The service took a little longer, but they were very friendly and it wasn’t big of an issue.
Read moreWhat I was missing a little were the amazing-looking Simits (Turkish bagels) that you can see so prominently on the HappyCow app, because it’s actually the restaurant’s title picture on HappyCow. To be honest, I mostly came there for the Simits. However, since they moved to a new location, they don’t offer those Simits anymore!
I asked the waiter about it and he said that so many people are actually asking him about the Simits, so they might re-introduce them at some point 😅
Apart from that, it was an overall nice experience!
Pros: Good Food, Amazing Setting
Cons: No Simits!

So damn good! - Edit
Foodwise one of the best vegetarian cafes I’ve ever been to! They have a lot of vegan options and the vegan pancakes and vegan sandwiches were sooo delicious and definitely not your typical sandwich with hummus or avocado you would get in other places. Would really recommend!

Exceptional - Edit
Honestly, it is very impressive. I am not vegan or vegeterian myself. I created Happy Cow account just to leave a review to this place as it seems like this platform is the most accurate to rate them. They have an amazing natural wine selection. The food is exceptionally good. The service is extremely high quality. I don’t know, there is something special about this place. Thank you everyone who takes part in this lovely cafe’s operation. Amazing job!

Lovely staff, beautiful and delicious food - Edit
This was the friendliest staff I ever had in Budapest. The food was very tasty and not too expensive. There is so much love in the food they make - I had the vegan Pesto Simit with Almond Ricotta (the only negative thing about it was that it was cold), an Oatmilk Latte and a Beetroot Cacao Latte. My boyfriend hat the orange chocolate cake, which tasted very special and yummyyy! Would definitely go there again! It’s a bit hard to find though if you don’t exactly know the address, because it’s inside of a Boutique.

Bagel sandwich was ok but expect to wait for food - Edit
Wish I knew the sandwich came on a bagel as I would have ordered the omelette instead. My complaint about all bagel sandwiches is they should be open face. That certainly eould help this one.
Read moreI thought the salad would be on the side but it was mixed into the sandwich.
The bagel was tasty but probably should have been toasted more since even with the sharp knife I had a lot if difficulty slicing it.
Overall I just didn't think it was that great. Decent but I hoped for more.
My biggest complaint would be the wait. But to their defense the menu clearly says expect to wait. I was there before 11 and only two other tables were seated. It still took 20 minutes to get this bagel samdwich. There's probably just one person in the kitchenso what can they do? Though I wonder what the eait is like when the restaurant is full.
Pros: atmosphere
Cons: wait time, blandish food
