Poor choices

Poor vegan choices.
Although I had selected the vegan vegetable pie it wasn’t great and was very soggy.
Luckily I checked on the side veg & mashed potatoes because some was done with butter. I was told that if I’d have left them know before then they could have done a separate portion. Unfortunately they don’t put that on their website/social media/menu. So don’t presume if you order the vegan option everything will be vegan. You need to check.
Tbh I wouldn’t go again as the owner (not the landlady) was quite brash & extremely rude to us.

Thanks for this review. I was going to go, don't think I will bother now.
You would think when you order a vegan dish it would all be vegan.
