Nice cafe in beautiful area

A couple of vegan options available, loaded toast and falafel and salad on naan. Good coffee with choice of plant milks. This cafe is popular with cyclists and is dog friendly. Nice outdoor eating area.

Best cafe I've stopped at during a ride

Visited this cafe yesterday on a ride over from Huddersfield. Ample space for bike parking, they even provide locks customers can use, although all the outdoor seating and some of the indoor seating keeps the bikes well in view. My soy cappuccino was made well (a lot of places struggle with the consistency) and the homemade beans on toast was delicious, just the right portion size. Some cafes I’ve stopped at before don’t have much for Vegans, this place had plenty of options. Nice chilled environment and the staff were friendly and hospitable, can definitely recommend.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Varied menu, Friendly staff

Cons: Decaf only available as instant

What a great experience of a family run local business. I try & eat local whenever possible & this place reminded me why! It all started with a great warm welcome, a soy flat white, vegan breakfast (that actually makes you feel full) & home baked vegan banana cake (BAKED BY A VEGAN MEMBER OF STAFF) an actual place in the north of England which understands life. Lots of love for this place, well worth a visit.

Pros: Vegan cake! , Vegan staff , Adventurous menu

Excellent menu

When visiting here you just know you're going to be welcomed with open arms & a lovely smile. The menu is fantastic offering a HUGE range of vegan options from the Specials board & main menu. There is also the option of creating your own dish if you want to swap & change a few ingredients around. Theres a fresh fruit smoothie menu too! Buddha bowls, Lasagne & a Vegan breakfast to die for... can you tell i'm a regular 😅
