Hello and welcome. We've heard a lot of good things about this pub. I had the pleasure of using the services of this pub twice and of course I was not disappointed. great place, good service and good atmosphere... until today. Immediately upon entering, a dog without a leash attacked my dogs on a leash (as it turned out, the owner's dog). One of my dogs was bitten on the back of the body by a dog that was at least 3 times larger than a Jack Russell (my dog's breed). I was asked to leave the premises because I was being dramatic. Shamus, which is apparently the name of the owner of the dog and the pub, asked me to leave. It left a huge bad taste both as the owner of the place and as the owner of the dog. He judged me as a typical guy who panics. Dear owner, we don't know each other. You don't know my story or the story of my two dogs. Your very unprofessional assessment of my behavior and approach to allowing your dog to attack other dogs is tragic. I definitely don't recommend this place ever again. Definitely3 this is the worst attitude of the owner in both cases towards the other person/customer.

Great pub - Edit
One of my favourite pubs, serves delicious simple meals. Their chips are amazing, very crispy and fluffy on the inside. delicious as a side to the 5 beans chilli. Sausage and mash is new and really good. Haggis is a treat too. Would give 5 stars if I could.
