Great salad

We hadn’t been to The Diplomat for a while. Changed hands and the staff were very friendly and happy to alter dishes to suit us. I had the superfood salad which was generous and delicious. It was marked vegetarian but was vegan. My daughter had the avocado smash and they changed the eggs for mushrooms. No extra charge. Coffee was very good and the orange juice was freshly squeezed.
