Cool neighborhood haunt

I took my in-laws to Heavy Metal brunch at the Crow's Nest and had a good time. The decor inside is cool with punk and metal vibes. It was a nice day and we ate out on the back patio. I had the vegan burger which was tasty. The burger is a house made 3 bean veggie patty. I really enjoyed it. My omni partner had a biscuit with vegetarian gravy and liked it a lot. 

Crow's Nest has one vegan burger on their menu but it is a solid choice. I enjoyed it enough that I went back and had it again a few weeks later.
They have a vegetarian section on their menu with about 5 or 6 choices. It is possible that some of the vegetarian items could be modified to be made vegan but I did not ask. Also did not ask about the side item choices because I knew I'd be full from the burger and told my partner they could pick whatever they wanted.

***If you are allergic to walnuts be sure to ask about the hummus on the vegan burger. The hummus appetizer description lists roasted walnuts as an ingredient. I assume that they use the same hummus on the vegan burger.

Pros: Cool vibes, Good service, Cool interior and nice big heated back patio

Cons: Would like more dedicated vegan options on menu, It is a bar so there is smoking on the patio
