Nice place but wouldn’t go back - Edit
Loved the place when we walked in. They subbed the meat stock in the pho with a veg stock that had no spices in it. Just tasted like a veg broth, not a homemade pho stock. Didn’t come with fresh herbs and bean sprouts on the side. No tofu. Just greens and noodles in a boring broth.

Great they had a seperate vegan menu but need to up their creative game.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Umami offers the most creative and delicious vegan options. The mushroom & veg stir fry had the most amazing broth that I couldn’t stop eating. There’s vegan options on all the menus here, & I found the menu easy to navigate. The online ordering from your table was a great feature too
Read morePros: Lots of vegan options, Various cuisines for everyone’s choice, Order from table to avoid crowded lines
Cons: Noisy and busy, but that’s probably a good sign

Be careful - Edit
After nearly 4 years vegan, I ordered the mushroom bites “popcorn mushroom” off the vegan menu. When they came out, they were bite-sized, deep fried chunks of what I assumed were a white mushroom of some sort. I’m a cautious eater so instead of throwing the whole bite-sized chunk back, I nibbled at it instead and to my horror, once the batter was removed I realised they were prawns. Thankfully I don’t have a shellfish allergy but I was quite upset for the mixup from the waiter who put them down on our table saying “mushroom bites”. We notified staff (who were kind and apologetic) and they took the item off our bill but I advise caution when eating at this venue. There is obviously a lot going on and on a busy night I wouldn’t be sure this wouldn’t happen again.

Pretty good! - Edit
Fun place, friendly staff and nice food and cocktails. Decently sized vegan menu comprising items from all 5 kitchens. Pretty expensive though and not huge portion sizes, especially considering they are meant to be sharing plates. Food was pretty tasty and we had an enjoyable time there - could have better portions for the cost.

Our go to for family dinners - Edit
The collective is awesome. They have a fully separate vegan menu with sooooo many options. A great place to go when eating with Omni family members who are impossible to get to a vegan/vego restaurant. We’ve been 10 times and never had a bad meal. Great for large groups with great service.

Served me non-vegan - Edit
I dined here yeterday and was very excited to see the full vegan menu. I ordered the vegan truffle (pointing to it on the seperate vegan menu while ordering too). My order was quite late but when it came I was confused as to if it wss vegan or not as it was quite oily and cheesy but it can be tricky to know these days with so many good vegan alternatives. Since an hour after eating through to now, I've felt really uncomfortable and sick so I'm very confident it was dairy cheese. Be careful eating here.

Great vegan options - Edit
Been to the collective 3 or 4 times. Great place for some tapas/share plates and cocktails. Staff will ask if you’re vegan or gluten free when you arrive and will give you the special vegan menu. There are also other options that can be made vegan on the vego menu so just ask. They have pizzas with nut cheese which are yum. Good place to go with omni friends. It’s our go to for bdays etc. Definitely make a booking if you don’t want to stand In line, especially if going with a group as it’s super popular
