Refreshing food, definitely fusion - Edit
We stopped for a lunch bite on our way to Coleman, and the Chopstick truck was awesome!
Read moreRight off of Hwy 3, just in Fernie super easy to get to. There’s a few vegan/vegetarian/gf options would love to see a couple more but no sweat.
We grabbed a small vermicelli bowl, a twrap and the salad rolls. We got everything with the soy ginger tofu, and the rolls with just tofu to make it vegan.
The bowl was really refreshing and light with some lettuce in addition , the wrap was basically what was in bowl in a tortilla minus the lettuce. Spicy and tasty but not hot!
The salad rolls (2) were rice paper with noodles and a really great peanut sauce. I ended up putting the leftover peanut sauce on the bowl for added flavour :)
Good portions for the price, a little expensive, 47$ for all 3 items but supporting local restaurants.
