HK Rice Noodles!

I LOVE the HK noodles and tofu, such a treat. They are really reasonably priced so I don’t feel so bad getting them often. The tofu always has the perfect crisp to the outside but is a little thick cut for my personal taste. I would rather have small pieces so I get more tofu in each bite.
They always have such fast service and great portion size. Love Chinese Neighbor!

Pros: Separate Vegan Menu, Separate GF Menu, Super Fast Service

Tasty but oily

We were excited to try The Chinese Neighbor because they had a “vegan friendly” menu with a decent amount of options. We tried the veggie spring rolls, which had an overall good taste but were oily. The same was true for our entrees. The Mongolian tofu has a good flavor but was very oily. The HK rice noodles were pillowy noodles (very tasty) with fried tofu and a small amount of veg. Again, it was very oily. We usually don’t cook with oil at home so we can’t really handle this level of oil. If they’d cut back on it, the food would’ve been quite good, but we probably won’t go back.

Pros: Several vegan friendly options , Crispy fried tofu, Good price

Cons: Very oily, Loud
