Abysmal Wait Time, Dirty Glasses & Rude Management.

Me and my girlfriend picked to go here for our anniversary celebration after looking at a very inviting menu that catered for my vegan food and my GF non vegan food.

However, we ended up waiting an hour for both of our main meals to arrive. We even enquired about when it would arrive as it was taking a ridiculous amount of time.

Additionally, one of our glasses hadn’t been cleaned properly - there was still muck, grime and even something in it!

Finally, when we requested a refund we were treated rudely and when we said we’d been waiting 50 minutes the manager replied “Only 40” - I’m sorry but that’s not good customer service.

The only good experience we had was with our waiter who was lovely.

This place is the definition of “You can’t judge a book by its cover.”
