Very knowledgeable vegan barman. Great selection of vegan beer. Vegan burger on the menu but didn’t try it. Quirky little bar still with the books from its previous as a book shop.

Lovely pies!

Had a creamy mushroom pie with jacket potato and gravy. The person who served us is a vegan too! The Chapel is actually a repurposed chapel. The walls are lined with books which are available to purchase. Serves food til late. Cosy fireplace!

Pros: Friendly staff, Nice atmosphere, Perfect portion size
