No alcoholic drinks were allowed - Edit
The Cave Restaurant was a decent dining establishment, and it was there that I had the best tossed salad of my life. Icy cold greens & heavenly bleu cheese dressing. I regret to this day that I didn't ask for the recipe of the bleu cheese dressing.
Read moreBut the original owner imposed his personal temperance restrictions and I believe he even incorporated such a clause in the contract when he sold it. I think it would have been a lot more successful had not the use of alcohol been banned.
