Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant inspired by singer/songwriter Brandi Carlile, with references to the vibes of the late-sixties/early-seventies in its décor and classic seventies-era lounge cocktails. Modern menu with a few “plant house” features, including the impossible burger. Removed June 2022 - limited vegan options.

Meh - Edit
Only one vegan option on the menu during my visit (impossible burger) and they brought out dairy sauces on the side. At least the drinks were interesting.

Great retro cool place to go before seeing a show at the Paramount! - Edit
However, I only saw one vegan entree which was the impossible burger, which i think had a (real) buttered bun. The burger wasn’t specifically listed as a vegan item. In any event, it’s the third time I’ve had the Impossible Burger in various restaurants and it’s always dry and over cooked. I much prefer the Beyond Burger!

Among the best vegetarian dishes in Seattle - Edit
Inventive, flavorful vegetable dishes, lots of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Get the Rainbow Platter—you won’t be disappointed.

I'm salivating just thinking about it.... - Edit
The Carlile Room has some great vegan friendly options! Our waiter mentioned that most other things on the menu can easily be made vegan friendly as well which was an added perk! I highly recommend the vegan chickpea fritters, garlic collared greens and the Impossible Burger! They even have vegan friendly buns and aeoli sauce instead of mayo! SO DELICIOUS!! 😋
