We enjoyed the savoury and sweet creations we got so much, that we immediately wanted to go back for more, but it was a plane ride away.
I live in hope that The Baking Nomad, finds its way to my local area, and opens a permanent branch there. This food needs to be more accessible, to people everywhere.

The one redeeming food option my husband and I found in all our various meals out and about in Frankton, Queenstown and Arrowtown over our holiday. Enjoyed their buns, the sweets, everything. Kind of expensive, like everything in the area, but at least the quality was there. I especially liked the lemon meringue tart!!

I waited long enough to finally try their treats! Had the pesto roll and soaked biscoff cupcake and they were delicious! Wish they had a proper place to go and enjoy the food more often.
