Gute Auswahl und klare Kennzeichnung

Die Karte bietet eine große Auswahl unterschiedlicher veganer (Haupt-)Gerichte und diese sind auch klar in der Karte gekennzeichnet. Die Preise sind gehoben, gehen aber in Ordnung.

Wenig aber dafür teuer

Wir haben den Sensational Burger und das Redefine Meat Flank Steak bestellt.
Der Burger sah zwar ganz gut aus, hat jedoch nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt. Er erinnerte geschmacklich an den nun nicht mehr verfügbaren Veganen Burger von dem Restaurant mit dem goldenen M.
Das Steak war geschmacklich sehr gut, jedoch war die Portion nicht wirklich groß. Die Menge von dem Redefine Meat Flank Steak war vollkommen in Ordnung, jedoch war das Grillgemüse und die Rosmarinkartoffeln sehr wenig und schon schwarz. Für den Preis hätte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet.
Auf die Getränke haben wir leider sehr lange gewartet und dann nochmal genauso lang auf das Essen. Andere die erst nach uns kamen wurden deutlich schneller bedient.
Wenn man mal Redefine Meat essen möchte empfehlenswert, ansonsten eher nicht.

Redefine Meat

Amazing to see a steak restaurant offer so many vegan options - including the infamous redefine meat flank steak, which was absolutely amazing. I have never had anything like it... It resembles meat not only in texture, but also in taste - and incredibly so.
The starters and aperitifs were very good as well, as was - surprisingly - their self-labled house wine (the only red wine available served by the glass).
The service, however, was not up to par - this is, after all, a chain that - in my opinion - tries to appeal to a more general audience than would frequent actual upper-tier steakhouses. The whole vibe is more casual and I even saw families with smaller kids dining here.
I will return, but only as long as redefine meat is not available elsewhere. (Not just because of the service, but obviously also because it's a meat-centric place with the next table's guests eating actual steaks. There even was a class going on in a glass-walled room next to us, where raw meat was on display and shown around)
