A vegetarian food truck/cart has a stationary location (opposite the Sandpiper Hotel). Offers vegan lentil burgers, rotis, daily lunches, vegetable juices, shakes and much more, some of which are vegan and others that could possibly be made vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-5:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

Great meal and juice - Edit
My husband and I had the meal of the day which included sweet potato noodles, stir fried veg, a spring roll, corn on the cob and some other bits for $20. It was really nice tasting and good value, my toddler even enjoyed some of it, and she’s a very ruthless food critic! We also bought some coconut bread and a juice. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area. The lady said she’s open 11-4.

We had what was easily one of our best meals at Apple Crate!
Read moreWe ordered the lunch special, roti, lentil burger and the matcha vanilla seamoss shake. My mind was blown. The food was mildly seasoned, but delicious. The lunch special included the best macaroni pie I've ever tried! The seamoss shake was creamy, sweet and delicious!
The staff were super nice and made us feel welcome!
An overall A experience and a must if you ever visit Barbados!

Note: Although the menu is extensive, they may not have all the menu items available when you visit. We could generally rely on them to have the roti and lentil burger in stock, but the availability of items such as the corn bread and lunch special was sporadic.

Amazing vegan food and juices - Edit
I've been here twice now and I absolutely love it! They are based on the corner of the cricket grounds on the side of the road with a couple of other food vendors so if you're travelling in a group there will be something there for everyone. The opening times/ days do vary so follow them on Instagram to check they are open on the day you want it. I've grabbed some things from them when I'm having a beach day and it has been perfect. There are so many pricey places in Holetown but Apple Crate is brilliant because the locals eat there and its much more affordable.
Read moreThey have rotis and burgers etc on the menu but everyday they have a special and, trust me, the special is what you want! These gals know what they're doing! I've had the salad/pickle bowl with soya chunks and it was so refreshing and healthy and also, most importantly, filling! They're portions are a good size so one meal per person is perfect.
They've got all the juices too and will do whatever you want too, so if you don't see exactly what you want on the menu then she'll whip up whatever you want for you.
Highly recommend going to the Apple Crate if you're in Holetown, just down the road from Limegrove, past the fruit/ coconut seller.

Read moreReally nice offer of freash juices and smothies, with the seasonal fruits... I had a large pineapple juice and a burger, for 13 Bd ...pretty good price. Everything I asked about, is vegan, good offer!
They also have some breads, and sweet ones. Too bad they are not open weekends!
