Fusion menu with top notch presentation - Edit
At a convenient location, Thalatheen is a small vegan restaurant with a westenized Middle Eastern cuisine. All the dishes I had were amazing.
Read moreIt's a bit pricey and the restaurant does not allow customers to eat on the spot the whole day. Make sure to check the opening hours so that you are not surprised as I was when I learned I can only order a take away.

Amazing vegan option in Doha - Edit
We loved trying this place on our first morning in Doha. Coffee was excellent (must try the Spanish latte iced if you want a vegan take on a café bonbon!). The two breakfast items we got were excellent, although the portions seemed a bit small compared to the price. For Doha, the prices probably aren’t bad. We paid ~£30 for two coffees and two mains. The woman serving was lovely. Would highly recommend!

Small portion sizes and rather expensive, but we enjoyed our food and coffee! Thalatheen is in front of the National Museum of Qatar, so it is an ideal spot to have lunch after visiting in the morning, or to have breakfast before visiting. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Creative food options and nice food presentation. Good quality, but not as special as I had hoped for. They have something for everyone, e.g. a shawarma wrap, pasta, burger, salads, soups, dhal, a hummus bowl and many breakfast options.

The type of place that anything you order from the menu will be banging full of flavour. So many great items but one you don’t see a lot in Doha is a creamy pasta which Thalatheen does brilliantly! A perfect stop if you are near the museum district of Doha.

We order their burger and the truffle pasta. My first surprise was that the burger, at nearly 50QR, didn't even come with a side of fries. My next disappointment was the tiny bowl that the pasta was served in! The flavors were all there, but a little bit of generosity in the portion would've gone a long way.

Worth a visit! A nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee and breakfast. My dish was super tasty and the tofu scramble was the perfect consistency. Prices were relatively high for the size you get, however, based on not having many fully vegan options around, i would say it’s worth it!

Absolutely superb vegan food with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tried 7 or 8 different dishes in our time in Doha and all of them were top class. Highly, highly recommend. Serve vegan ice cream too!

We ate here twice. The portions were tiny and the prices were very high. A little Caesar salad that cost $20 US was like 3-4 bites worth. Tried 3 different things each and were very unimpressed.

I got tahini date smoothie, hot cocoa, dahl soup, hummus toast and chathi wrap, everything was delicious and beautifully served. Also sick concrete plates and mugs! My picky 6yo daughter got penne pasta with tomato sauce and ate the whole thing.
