Basic Thai food with tofu and vegetables options. I’m not so sure that they really understand vegan, so try to be clear. I asked about the summer rolls and was told that they are vegetarian but they came with “crab stick.” Still, the food was good.

Fresh veggies and tofu - Edit
Plenty options with fresh vegetables and tofu. Something we had trouble finding on a road trip through west Texas.

Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. We ordered red curry with a mix of tofu and vegetables. I assume it has fish sauce. Not sure if they would be able to leave it out. Have not asked for it.
And a Mongolian stir fry with vegetable and tofu combination. Would recommend if you pass through Amarillo, TX.
