Serves meat, vegan options available. Thai restaurant near the rail crossing. Vegan options are labelled for entrees, mains, and dessert. Open Mon-Sun 6:00pm-11:00pm, Sun 11:00am-2:30pm.
Dined in or got takeaway/delivery from here a handful of times over the years. The food was great and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere/ slightly more upmarket feel, so nice for a date night.
However, once U-Tong Thai (formerly Ping An Veggie Time) opened 5 minutes down the road, we starting going there instead. U-Tong is a much simpler restaurant BUT it’s 100% vegan so more variety to choose from, and they’re a lovely family-run small business who are always so welcoming, so prefer to support them instead :)
This restaurant offers many vegan/vegetable options and they are very happy to add tofu to all their vegetable dishes. We enjoyed Pad Thai vegetables, basil chilli vegetables, sweet and sour tofu and plain and coconut rice and some vegetable spring rolls to start.
Friendly service and nice atmosphere.
