We ordered two items (ginger tofu and chop chee tofu (like a red curry)) off the vegetarian menu and specified to make sure they were vegan. We added extra veg to each- both were flavorful, had a lot of veggies, and were not oily. We will definitely eat here again!

Surprising gem. - Edit
Thai Kitchen is a small restaurant focused on takeout. There is a small outdoor seating area, but you order the food as takeout and it comes in containers.
Read moreThe store is off of Main St. (where most of the Durango restaurants are located) and in a slightly hidden corner. You can step inside to order, or use the window.
The menu does not list vegan options, but we asked and the staff was very knowledgeable. They said everything could be made vegan and I heard them say "vegan phad Thai" to the kitchen as we walked out.
The food was good and ready quickly.
