Vegan Pad - Edit
My experience with the Vegan Pad See Ew from Thai Express was highly enjoyable. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked, absorbing the sweet and savory sauce without becoming soggy. The fresh vegetables, broccoli, peppers, and carrots added a nice crunch and balanced the dish.

Vegan thai - Edit
Vegan thai generally isn't that hard to find, but it's nice that they specifically say vegan alternatives for most of the items. It helps with peace of mind ☺
Read moreOnly bummer is the vegan option doesn't come with tofu, tofu is its own separate option. You can always add it but it would be nice not to have to pay extra for it.
