Spectacular Pad Thai

Pad Thai hit the spot. Quick, fast, and fresh. Would definitely come back

Best Pad Thai outside of Thailand.

I was expecting the usual sticky pad Thai noodles made in a big batch, but this dish was ah-mazing! Fresh ingredients and each dish is cooked to order. Not sweet like many pad Thais - more umami. When I complimented the cooks, they said they use family recipes and order high quality noodles from Thailand. Several other food trucks are together in an area with picnic tables so everyone in your group can get what appeals. Made a gecko friend, too!

Pros: Delicious and fresh , Friendly staff, Convenient location

Cons: Only a few vegan options , Not fast food - made to order, so expect to wait
