Easy to order a completely vegan meal - Edit
Teriyaki Madness has a Spicy Tofu Teriyaki dish. I was offered a taste of the sauce and I'm glad because it was too spicy for me. Instead I ordered the Yakisoba style bowl where they stir fry your selections all together. I chose tofu, (obviously), along with mixed vegetables, noodles with a side of edamame. Besides noodles, you can select white or brown rice. The assistant manager Lessli walked me through what the vegan options were and was extremely helpful and accommodating.
