creative & delicious vegan food - Edit
A bit of a walk from the centre/ old town but worth it. Restaurant has modern decor inside with tons of plants and a relaxed vibe. We went for an early dinner (4pm) so it wasn’t busy at all.
Read moreTried the tapas plate and seitan burger, both delicious. Everything seems to be made from scratch, including the bread. Nice wine and craft beer too.
Prices were great, only €5 or €6 for mains.
Definitely would recommend!

First vegan place in Riga, went there on week 1, and still going there every now and then. Simple dishes, yet, with some surprises quite often. Remember - after you eat all you can - take some cakes!

Great food, amazing service and trendy interior. Probably THE PLACE to go for veganised latvian dishes. They also have a wide selection of vegan cakes. Amazing prices for such high quality food. Brunch can be a bit pricey but it's an all-you-can-eat type of thing. Can be hard to get a seat sometimes as this place is obviously loved by both locals and tourists.

My favourite vegan place in Riga. Serves veganised latvian foods. Prices are cheap and taste is good. Sometimes irregularities in dishes probably due to changing staff, but nothing too bad. Brunch every week- very busy, you probably need reservation, but rest of the time atmosphere is nice and chill😄Amazing burgers served with fried veggies and salad.

This is the first vegan restaurant in Riga and probably most popular. Food is really good and the prices are affordable for everyone. They also have plenty of "takeaway" options. Also exclusive homemade beer, cider and wine there.

Fantastic place. I love the food and the service. I highly recommend visiting. The soup and sandwiche like thing was devine. Also try the vegan snickers and the chocolate cake. I could go on and on.

Very few options for lunch(just 3). Coliflower soup was in good size but tasteless, the focaccia is more like a sandwich than focaccia and the flavor is very random. The salada with quinoa and the paddies was fair. The fermented lemonade drink is awful(try to avoid).

A lot of delicious options and really low prices, fav place in Riga (because of the food) Only bad thing I can say that service is somehow wierd or maybe we always go there when they are not feeling too good. Anyways even with the not too high quality of service recommend this place to everyone.

This place is very comfy and nicely decorated. The food is 100% vegan and all self-made. You can really taste that the food is made with love. Very nice innovative dishes which are incredibly tasty. You shouldn't miss the brunch on Saturdays.

We loved Terapija. It's not immediately obvious what to do when you arrive as no one greeted us, but you grab a menu (Latvian or english), then order and pay at the desk. We had the nachos (gf), the nori wrap (gf) and the soya patty. The nachos are a very decent size and my nori wrap which came with avocado-y salad was surprisingly filling. While we were there a lady came with new cakes to restock the already full cake selection. There are gf and soya free options on cakes, and all of course are vegan. The food came out quickly, was fairly priced and very tasty.

Read moreThey had a lunch deal soup and salad/sandwich which was quite cheap. I opted for the beetroot soup and cheese sandwich - honestly such amazing food - the cheese sandwich was so so tasty! Really hard to believe it was vegan.
My husband got the tofu salad which had lots of pesto but he said it was.
We only spent 12 euros for lunch here which included drinks aswell. Really cheap food but really high quality. Loved this place and sad we only managed to go once on our visit to Riga.
Pros: Lunch deals - great food!
